- Checking the property on a regular basis.
- Notify and represent the owner in case of an emergency.
- Pay utility bills and other expenses, take care of all mail.
- Organizing necessary property maintenance and repairs/renovations.
- Arranging cleaning services after departure or prior to arrival.
- Miscellaneous services such as garden/pool maintenance, laundry, house supplies, etc.
- Contact owner for approval of out of the ordinary expenses.
- Provide a monthly statement of expenses.
- Additional service requirements upon request.
Rental Program:
- Provide Long-Term rentals - additional 10% of the rental fee commission per month.
- Provide weekly or monthly rentals - additional 20% of the rental fee commission per month.
Basic and rental program:
- Combination of the Basic (same as above) and long-term / weekly or monthly rentals.
